Celeste is one of Paris's younger cousins, and the two are very close even though they aren't always seen together.
Celeste first began to attend DHS after a confrontation between her and students at her original all girls private school. It resulted in her practically getting jumped by a group of girls for an unknown reason, but it caused the girls to be somewhat scared and hide their faces constantly whenever they were on campus. The group was expelled, and Celeste got away scott free - which in her book, was perfectly fine.

After about 2 weeks, her parents finally decided to send her off to Paris's city/DHS's city, to attend DHS with her older cousing who she hadn't seen in about a year and a half. Why so long? Because Celeste was busy becoming one of the BIGGEST tween pop icons of all time. You can't say her name in a mall without a teen girl squealing happily, before she would begin singing one of Celeste's songs. So when she reached DHS, it was almost as exciting as when Annabelle first showed up, and the head Poppie had no idea that the young poodle was Paris's younger cousin until Celeste quickly answerd yes to the offer as quickly as possible.

The poodle reunion was as sweet as could be. Hugging and kissing, and awwing included.

Due to Celeste's already huge music career, she has agreed to join the Poppie's music group, made up of Annabelle, Christian, Kristy, and Paris.

Celeste is an independent girl that knows she can get what she wants if she goes about doing it the right way. She does however turn into a brat when she can't aquire something she's worked hard for. Like any other Poppie, she enjoys making fun of people, but for her, it's practically a sport. And if you ever think about beating her up or coming after her, you gotta get through her two best friends, AKA bodyguards, Samantha and Carla, who are more than welcome to smack someone around just for the fun of it.
